About Boy Wiese
Real transformation is about people, not technology. This might sound like a no-brainer, but involvement and support of people remain one of the key challenges of IT business transformation. Too often organisations tend to invest time and resources in state of art technical architecture, software selection, project methodology and process optimization alone – but forget to involve the people that make or break the adoption of the transition.
That’s why every successful transformation approach emphasizes the involvement of people and adaption to organizational dynamics. As seasoned IT business transformation professional Boy ensures people and organisational change are embedded in the transformation program.
Combined with a granular and structured approach Boy directs the program to both realizing (technical) milestones in time and building the required support for change. With a solid background in finance, accounting and regulations (KYC, AMLD, DAC6, FATCA/CRS, Wwft, WTT, etc.). He is driven by results, motivated by team playing and is getting things done.
Examples of his recent work include the following:
· Oversaw the project to enable the organisation to report on Service Levels and Global Client Groups - introducing fully automated data exchange and central management of information
· Designed the target application landscape – together with the business owners and relevant stakeholders – resulting in a roadmap to decommission 100+ applications and obtaining a +500K cost saving.
· Responsible project manager for successful delivery of international ERP deployments (onsite projects in e.g. Hong Kong, Cayman Islands, Jersey (UK), London)
