The performance of applications have a direct impact on the success of a business. How much business value do the applications of your business offer? Do the applications support business processes and will the applications keep doing so, when the market and/or organisation changes?

Ersan supports organizations to get more value out of their applications, by improving the applications in supporting business processes, more user-friendly functionalities and mitigating risks in application processes. As Business Analyst, Ersan has demonstrated his capability to close the gap between demanded functionality and feasible IT solutions. He acts as the 'spider in the web' as (functional) application manager and connect people, process and technology with each other. When doing this, his technical knowledge help him to qualitatively serve the needs of both the technical and the business side. Having experience in both IT Change and IT Operations, he understands how to implement, embed and manage sustainable change. His social skills, results orientation and proactive attitude help him to achieve organizational and personal goals.
