ManpowerGroup is undergoing a digital transition and Nimble Institute plays an important role in the heart of this challenging program!

MPG is building a completely new organization using state of the art technology. A Dutch designed transformation, which is being rolled out across the entire international MPG organization. Impressive!

Nimble developed the Greenfield team's DNA by focusing on program maturity, change behavior and the use of impactful working methods. Nimble also trains the team in the field of process-oriented thinking, #BPMN and #Bizagi We design and implement the new organization based on the Greenfield concept.

Processes are a fundamental basis within the program at MPG, these are modeled according to the BPMN 2.0 standard and published with #Bizagi enterprise. For exceptional results, we pay special attention to user experience, data management and architecture.
